Got some interesting personal information on him which I'm collating. I thought I spotted him in an unbilled role in THE MAN FROM NOWHERE. It seem like he would accept any role, even unbilled.

Well, I wish I had more information. A person contacted my email after his death and told me she lived in an apartment in Italy adjacent to PM in the last few years. She said she had some problems with him and it was not a very pleasant experience. I haven't been able to recontact her for more specifics. Just a few thoughts. Given his career and personal issues I think PM may suffered from some kind of illness which made it difficult for him to work, relate to people and function normally. I don't know if it was alcoholism or mental illness but both carry an unfair stigma, both are diseases and they are not the fault of the sufferer. He was a very talented and engaging performer and will be missed. I salute his courage and tenacity in continuing despite his issues into his final years. I'm still discovering unbilled performances in a variety of genres.
